Shipping Policy

1.1 Scope
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment of all products purchased from Aruvo’s online platform within the territory of India.

1.2 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders received shall be processed and dispatched within forty-eight (48) hours of placement, excluding Sundays and national holidays.

  • Dispatch timelines may be extended during periods of high order volume (e.g., sales, festivals) or due to force-majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, logistical disruptions). Aruvo shall notify affected customers of any material delays but shall not be liable for third-party delays beyond its control.

1.3 Delivery Timeframe

  • Once dispatched, delivery is estimated within seven (7) to ten (10) working days. These estimates are indicative only and not guaranteed.

1.4 Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a subtotal exceeding INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only).

  • Standard Shipping Charge: INR 100 per order for subtotals below INR 1,000.

  • Non-Refundability: All shipping charges are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, return, or exchange.

1.5 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD incurs an additional fee of INR 50 per order.

  • A non-refundable advance of INR 250 is required to confirm a COD order; such advance will be adjusted against the final order value.

  • If the customer refuses delivery, the advance is forfeited.

1.6 Change of Delivery Address

  • Customers may request an address change only while the order status remains “Pending” or “Confirmed”, and not in "Shipped" or "Dispatched" status.

1.7 Modification of Shipping Fees

  • Aruvo reserves the right to amend shipping fees at any time without prior notice. Any revised fees will be reflected on the product pages and at checkout.

1.8 Tracking & Delivery Attempts

  • Upon dispatch, Aruvo will email the courier’s name and tracking number to the customer’s registered email. Tracking details may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to become fully active.

  • Delivery agents will make up to three (3) attempts; thereafter, undelivered items shall be returned to Aruvo.

1.9 Customer Cooperation

  • Customers must provide accurate contact information and be available to receive delivery. Aruvo shall not be liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.
